Body

The revised 12th edition of our Catskill Trails map set is available in print and digital formats!

The revised 12th edition of our Catskill Trails map set, covering more than 420 miles of trails, is a must-have for exploring the vast wilderness of the Catskills.

The 2018 edition features several trail updates and additions, including new trails near Kaaterskill Falls, Overlook Mountain, Platte Clove Preserve, and the Catskills Visitor Center, as well as several bike trail networks.  In addition, the maps include new high-detail elevation information, improvements to the North/South lake area inset map, and up-to-date New York City watershed recreation lands.  Additional improvements and adjustments throughout the maps make this 12th edition of Catskill Trails our most accurate map yet of the Catskills.

All maps include trail mileage numbers directly on the trails, a popular feature to help you plan out your route and navigate more safely out on the trails.  Detailed 50-foot elevation contours are featured throughout the maps, and our enlarged North Lake inset map now includes 20-foot elevation contours to provide an even better representation of the terrain in this popular area.  Comprehensive trail descriptions are included on the backs of the maps and have been fully updated for 2018.  As usual, parking areas, lean-tos, fire towers, springs, waterfalls, viewpoints, campsites, and other points of interest are shown.

The maps are available in print format, in vibrant color on our popular waterproof, tear-resistant Tyvek; shop online, visit our headquarters, or look for them at an outdoor retailer near you.

In addition, the maps are also available in digital format on Apple and Android devices through the Avenza Maps app, including as a revised Catskill Combined map that combines the section maps and includes an expanded coverage area.  The 2018 update to the "Catskill Combined" app map also includes trail descriptions and our North Lake inset map.  To help ensure the Trail Conference receives as much of your support as possible, please consider making your purchase directly from the following linked page rather than within the app itself (see our Catskill Map order page for additional section map links):  Catskill Combined Map 2018.

At only $16.95 ($12.71 for members), this map set is your guide to the extensive network of outstanding trails throughout the Catskills of New York.  Grab your copy today!
