Voting Member & All Member Meetings

According to our bylaws, the Trail Conference is governed by a Board of Directors and voting members (referred to as Delegates).  There are several categories of voting member:

• Organization Members:  each organization selects a delegate who has one vote.
• Delegates-at-Large: one delegate-at-large is elected annually for each 400 individual members of the Trail Conference.
• Members of the Board
• Committee Chairs
• Honorary Members
